aul G. Kilmartin has been admitted to the practice of law in the states of New York and Connecticut as well as the Federal courts since 1992. He is also an authorized and duly licensed agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company. His practice focuses on all areas of Real Estate law, Wills, Trusts, Probate and Estate Administration as well as Estate and Civil Litigation.

Mr. Kilmartin is a member of the New York State Bar Association (elder law and estate planning sections); the Westchester County Bar Association and the Yonkers Lawyers Association.

He has functioned as a court-appointed Guardian Ad Litem in the New York State Surrogate’s Court and is currently registered with the New York State Unified Court system, Office of Court administration as eligible to receive such appointments.

Mr. Kilmartin was formally employed as outside counsel to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. and the Resolution Trust Corp. for whom he handled complex litigation and commercial and residential real estate transactions.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University in 1989 (cum laude) and received his juris doctor from Quinnipiac College School of Law in 1992 (magna cum laude) where he was a published author on the Law Review.
